How do you decide on a genre?

I don’t really, I just write whatever comes into my mind.

How many books have you written?

I honestly don’t know, but it’s a lot. Since it was really just a hobby, I’d just throw them in a drawer. Over the years I’ve lost so many. Every time we moved home or country, I’d just throw everything into boxes.

I noticed you don't really look at what you're knitting, do you often make mistakes?

Of course. But keep in mind that I’ve been knitting for more than 82 years, so I really do it automatically now. Just as with my writing, I’ve been doing it so long that I very rarely use a pattern, except possibly for sizing, but otherwise I just make up the patterns as I go along,

One lady commented that she had to watch the video three times because she was so busy watching me knit that she kept missing what I was saying.
